Feature Car: Tony and Joseph Scro’s 1928 Model-A Ford

19 Mar

One of our favourite shoots of 2011 has just been published in Heavy Duty Hot Rods issue 13, on sale now. Sadly the shoot was attributed to another shooter in the magazine, but we know it’s ours. The shoot is on Tony and Joseph Scro’s immaculate and beautiful 1928 Ford Model-A roadster, pictured below.

Tony and Joseph’s Model-A actually sits on a pair of ’32 chassis rails and wears a matching 1932 grille. under the bonnet you’ll find a 283ci SBC, fed by three 97 Strombergs on an Offy manifold. The combo is backed by a T350 and retro-chic Quick Change diff’. It’s a timeless, classic combo of parts and appearances and you can read all about it in issue 13 of Heavy Duty Hot Rods.

As always, we’ve included lighting info on each image for the Strobist fanatics out there and you should be able to find the EXIF data buried in there, somewhere too. We’ve included six FREE desktop wallpaper versions of the shots on our Flickr page. Just CLICK HERE or on the thumbs below to view and download them all!
