Wicked Wednesdays: FREE High-Res Automotive Stock Images 2

27 Apr

There’s the second in our series of automotive stock photos of classic cars, specifically full frontal images taken as symmetrically as possible without spending all day trying to make them 100% perfect. Although, they’re mostly just about there.

Makes and models include a classic Ford Cortina, Ford Fairlane, 1953 Ford pickup truck, early 1950s Buick, 1958 Chevrolet and more.

As usual, all our textures and stock images are FREE for commercial and personal use, however resale, repackaging and redistribution away from the Hosking Industries website and Flickr account are prohibited. In short, don’t go passing them off as your own or trying to make money off of them by selling them on.

Wicked Wednesdays: FREE High-Resolution Abstract Textures

13 Apr

So, things have been a little quiet around here lately… the only thing we seem to have time to post lately has been the weekly Wicked Wednesday textures. In a way, that’s a great thing because it means we’re super busy shooting feature cars and bikes for magazines all over the world as well as writing up a storm. We’ve really got to make more of an effort to get on here more often, though.

This weeks texture pack is all about close-ups and abstracts of relatively mundane objects. Often these kinds of images can provide a different view of the world and both inspire a project or become a pivotal part of it and we hope that you find a use for one or more of these FREE high-resolution images in your future design projects. The image set includes close-ups of an electric guitar neck and strings, heavily decayed painted timber, the skin of a human palm, a plasma screen and more.

As usual, all Hosking Industries texture images are FREE for personal and commercial use, however we do not permit the resale, repackaging or redistribution of the images. In short, don’t go passing them off as your own, putting them in some super jumbo compilation of super dooper textures under your own name and crap like that. We’ll take your balls!

Wicked Wednesdays: FREE High-Resolution Abstract Textures

06 Oct

We’d been building up quite a collection of rather random images of late that we couldn’t seem to fit into any other category. This week’s collection consists a series of six high-resolution abstract, random images that you might find interesting enough to use somewhere in your photography or artwork.

Items include a red saturated brick texture from inside a night club, out of focus shadows, a studio-lit strainer, fly screen door, close-up of a plasma TV screen and a door mat. As always, Hosking Industries texture images are FREE for personal and commercial use. However, resale, repackaging and redistribution are all prohibited.

Happy Easter: FREE Abstract High-Resolution Textures

01 Apr

We love chocolate and love public holidays. We may not believe in the ‘real’ meaning of Easter, but that doesn’t mean we don’t want to share in the joy of giving. So we’ve assembled a few extra freebies for all you design buffs out there.

Perhaps the theme behind these high-resoltuion textures is a little tenuous, but we think you’ll enjoy using them in your work somewhere. They’ve all been taken around the Hosking Industries office!

As usual, the textures are FREE for private and commercial use. We don’t allow redistribution or fraud, though. Enjoy!
