Feature Car: Keith Kiely’s Ford Mustang Coupe

01 Nov

We originally photographed Keith Kiely’s immaculate Mustang coupe way back in early 2011 for American magazine Modified Mustangs & Fords. This month it finally surfaced, together with our accompanying feature story. Check out their November issue, on-sale now, for the full story.

While we reckon our work has improved considerably since 2011, we didn’t want to deny the world the beauty of Keith’s Mustang. So enjoy! As always, you can download six FREE desktop wallpaper images of the car by clicking on the thumbnails below or CLICKING HERE for the full gallery. Photography fans can also check out our EXIF data and lighting information, too.

Feature Car: Leon Julien’s 1959 FC Holden Wagon

24 Jan

Issue 20 of Heavy Duty Hot Rods (aka Genuine Hot Rods) is due to hit the stands real soon and contains four Hosking Industries photo shoots and feature stories. One of those was Scott Briggs‘ immaculate 1932 Ford coupe we brought you last week and another is Leon Julien’s awesome retro FC Holden wagon pictured here.

This mild kustom 1959 wagon was built at home under a 6x3m marquee in the front yard and is powered by a supercharged 208ci Holden six-cylinder stroker motor. Leon is responsible for just about everything and he and his family drive the car to shows up and down the East Coast of NSW, Australia. Be sure to read all about the car and how it came together in issue 20 of the magazine.

Feature Car: John Walker’s 1932 Ford Coupe ‘TUF32F’

16 Sep

Today we bring you a selection of six images taken during our photo shoot on John Walker’s brilliant pale yellow 1932 Ford coupe hot rod TUF32F for Heavy Duty Hot Rods magazine in Australia. John is a long term member of his hot rod club, the Drag-Ens and has owned and built many rods over his life time.

John built this ’32 himself in the shed at home and drove the wheels off of it during our shoot. As you can see from the photos, it sports a classic combination of small-block Chevrolet V8 full fenders and choice of wheels. You can read all about it in issue 10 of Heavy Duty Hot Rods, on sale soon.

For now, help yourself to some FREE desktop wallpaper versions of the images by CLICKING HERE or on the thumbnails below (the link goes to our Flickr page).
